Ronald W. Freeman

Ronald W. Freeman is our President and Chief Executive Officer. He has been actively involved in ministry and education all of his adult life. He has been a minister, educational consultant and trainer for the past thirty-five years. During that time period he pastored churches in Kansas and California and held both part-time and full-time faculty and administrative assignments at Azusa Pacific University in Los Angeles County. Most recently, he spent several years as a volunteer, helping to revitalize Kingsley College in Melbourne, Australia. His duties there included: mentoring the new Principal (President), advising him in the development of an administrative team; helping to reorganize, train and facilitate strategic planning with the Board of Managers; Leading the entire curriculum review and redesign process; and providing oversight of the reaccredidation of all programs using Australian educational frameworks. His formal education includes undergraduate and graduate studies in Religion, Philosophy, Theology and Ethics and completion of a doctorate in Education at Pepperdine University, Los Angeles in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Adult Learning and Curriculum Studies and has served on numerous nonprofit boards.

 Dennis M. Good

Dennis M. Good is our organization’s Secretary and Treasurer. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining the organization’s records and financial systems. He is an accountant and a client services staff member of Liberty Group, LLC, and a broker-dealer of financial, insurance and lifetime planning services. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Industrial Relations from the University of Iowa. He was executive director for a nonprofit for six years and has served on several nonprofit boards.

Petros P. Malakyan

Petros G. Malakyan is a member of our board. He is responsible for assisting the executive director with building alliances with volunteers and supporters, assessment and training. He is currently Director of Operation Impact at Azusa Pacific University in Los Angeles County. He has founded and directed two nonprofit organizations. He earned a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies with a concentration in leadership from Fuller Seminary. An expert in leadership, multi-culturalism and Christology, he is a much sought after conference speaker and teacher around the world. He is a fluent speaker of Armenian, English and Russian.

Larry Mills

Larry Mills is our volunteer Project and Donor Representative. A retired Christian Education Minister; Larry continues to serve the Kingdom of God wherever he has opportunity. His forty-five years of educational ministry included service in local churches, Christian publishing and academic institutions. During that time period, he served God in great churches in Michigan, Illinois, Arizona, Oregon and California, was on the management team of a Christian education publisher and taught leadership and administration as an adjunct professor at International School of Theology, Biola University, Talbot Seminary and Chinese for Christ Calvin Chao Theological Seminary. His formal education includes undergraduate and graduate studies in Bible and Education and doctoral studies in Education at Arizona State University. Over the life of his ministry, he has provided distinguished service to numerous civic and faith-based nonprofit educational organizations.
